Mind + Me Psychology

Mind + Me is a psychology practice founded on the principles of integrity, tranquility, trust, positivity and holistic care.

Mind + Me currently have three established practices, two in Randburg and one in Bedfordview. At each of our Mind + Me psychology practices we aim to create a safe, nurturing and supportive space, where our respected clients may feel comfortable and free to express themselves without judgement. We are a dynamic team of psychologists that share the ethos of Mind + Me and collaborate in providing a wealth of experience and expertise. We thus strive to ensure that the individual needs of each client are prioritized, providing tailored support for a variety of concerns. Mind + Me is a reflection of our personal and professional beliefs, grounded in the principles of integrity and trust, promoting systemic and holistic care towards the actualization of growth, balance and wellbeing.

Assessments

Psychological tests and assessments allow psychologist to understand the nature of the problem, and to determine how to holistically figure out the best way to go about addressing it. Psychological tests and assessments deal with certain aspects at a specific time in an individual's life and gives an indication of possible strengths and weaknesses.

Therapeutic Services

Our therapeutic services at Mind + Me encourage an environment of support and growth. We strive to collaborate with each individual holistically, working within their best interest, to promote wellbeing, learning and development. We provide professional and confidential counselling and therapeutic services for personal, social, familial and other areas of concern.

School Support

At Mind + Me we strive not only to work within a personal capacity, but additionally to work in partnership with schools. Support can be tailored to meet the needs of each school or setting.
